OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS

From Raw Clay to Strong Wirecut Chamber Bricks.

Our manufacturing process uses German technology and controlled material preparation to turn raw clay into a fine, consistent paste, form it under pressure, cut it accurately and fire it to produce strong Wirecut Chamber Bricks.

01

Box Feeder Unit

Raw clay is fed into the box feeder unit. It provides a controlled and continuous feed of clay to the next stage of the preparation process.

02

Crusher Unit

This unit crushes the raw clay material and any even rocks present in the feed, breaking them down and preparing the material to move into the Fine Crusher Unit.

03

Fine Crusher Unit

The crushed material is sent into the Fine Crusher Unit, which makes it as fine as possible and ensures the material is perfectly crushed and uniform, helping the Mixing Unit produce a consistent fine paste clay.

04

Mixing Unit

The clay is automatically mixed into a fine paste clay, creating the consistent material needed to feed the extruder unit.

05

Extruder Unit

The fine paste clay enters the extruder, where controlled compaction and forming give the clay the required density and green strength.

06

Brick Cutting Unit

The continuous extruded clay column is accurately cut into individual bricks, maintaining consistent dimensions and a clean wirecut finish.

07

Large Chamber

The cut bricks are carefully arranged and moved into a large chamber for controlled firing.

08

Strong Wirecut Chamber Bricks

After firing, the shaped clay becomes strong, durable Wirecut Chamber Bricks ready for construction applications.
